Treadmill Victory!! Finally! March 12, 2013. I ran four STOP-FREE miles on the treadmill today! Yay me! This has me very excited. After my epic fail yesterday, I wanted to make up for it in the gym. I lifted weights (25 x each), and got on the treadmill and did 3 miles. I was soooo sweaty, much more than after an outdoors run.
